Historia
Valya, a young elven mage recently recruited into the Wardens, has been tasked with studying the historical record of previous Blights in order to gain insight into newly reported and disturbing darkspawn phenomena. Her research into the Fourth Blight leads her to an encoded reference scrawled in the margins of an ancient map and to the hidden diary of Issenya, one of the last of the fabled griffon riders. As the dark secrets buried in Isseyna's story unfold, Valya begins to question everything she thought she knew about the heroic Grey Wardens.

A true knock out
Revisado: 11-26-24
The biggest thing I can say about this book, as a long time fan of Dragon Age, is that this captures the desperation of the Blight perfectly. Great narration, and a well written story. The characters found in here are faced with dire choices.

Historia
After saving the world multiple times, Percy Jackson is hoping to have a normal senior year. Unfortunately, the gods aren’t quite done with him. Percy will have to fulfill three quests in order to get the necessary three letters of recommendation from Mount Olympus for college. The first quest is to help Zeus’s cup-bearer retrieve his goblet before it falls into the wrong hands. Can Percy, Grover, and Annabeth find it in time?

I missed Percy

Like coming home after a long journey.
Revisado: 10-22-23
Returning to Riordans world through the lens of Percy Jackson is nothing short of perfection. With all the nostalgiac callbacks to Percy's past adventures for those of us who grew up and loved the original series and the series to follow. Adventuring with Percy, Annabeth, and Grover again as the a trio was as enjoyable as one could hope. Percy is still growing up and is going through struggles that everyone can relate to, even those who aren't demigods. Also, the narrator has really come into his role as the voice of Percy Jackson, bringing all of his sass and sarcasm to life. I can't wait for more, and thank you, Rick, for bringing us more Percy.

Fast paced and fun!

An addicting story with a great high-energy narration! The world would fit perfectly with the best of the Final Fantasy games. Of course, the highlight being an amazing tale of two siblings on opposite sides of the stories conflict with great action and gripping drama.
