Female narrator bummer

I’ve been waiting forever for this to come out and I’ve got to be honest, massive disappointment on the female voice replacement. Troy Duran did phenomenal and the story was amazing but Angelina rocca did a crap job. It felt like she didn’t even listen to the book to make sure she was pronouncing things right like the last female narrator. She mispronounced leonidas, she pronounced lunar Lōō NaR. And pronounced Elise’s name as EE-Leeze in an obnoxious breathy tone. Her narrating skills need some major work. Quite frankly it’s a bit misleading when you have the option to listen to a sample before purchasing and the only voice is Troy duran’s and seeing as this is the final book I think all of us audiobook listeners know his voice and we’re waiting to see if Angelina Rocco’s performance could touch Keira. It didn’t. And while I understand we couldn’t get Kiera back, the least that could’ve been done is hiring someone who could be similar or at least pronounced words correctly.

I have to find them. I have to free him.

Honestly the narrator did not do this book justice. She sounded so freaking whiny while just taking of the most mundane of things. Every action sounded like an inconvenience coming from her mouth and honestly the way she said pus*y was almost like she was embarrassed to say the word out loud. How do you narrate a smutty book if you can’t really use the right tone to speak it?
