It is after you have read this book (listened to this audiobook) to an extent, or finished reading this will you realize that you could've used the 80/20 rule to get the whole message in the whole book. Just get the summary, you would be fine. And yes, read THE REFERRAL ENGINE, please do and thank me later. But if you are just new to sales and marketing or not self-aware, please read this 100 percent. 3 starts for me.
