I was too short! The story line was good just wished it was a longer story. But I really enjoyed it all the same. I would definitely recommend it to others if you’re not a Michael Conley fan. You’ll be I. For a treat .

I loved how God moved in the life of the characters. I liked hearing how Levi talked and the way he handled the fire starter. But mostly Lee’s love for Sarah. Every woman would love to have that kind of love showered upon them. It made you think that’s how God loves us. I would highly recommend not only this book but to first two in the series also.

I love the Jane Sinclair mystery novel. I like the way she was close to her father and that she never quit her search even when thing got hard. I just wish the other books in this series were all on Audible.

I have really enjoyed reading through this series. I look forward to seeing if Ms Wiseman adds more to this series or moves on to something else; Becky and Sarah would definitely be interesting to see where they go in life. Overall the narrator did a wonderful job on the narration. Her voice was great .

Historia
Margot and James are broken up—for good this time. James made sure of it when he dropped the bomb on Margot: that he doesn’t want kids, ever. Then, on the biggest morning of his life, James—an ambitious lawyer at a high-powered firm—wakes up pregnant. He realizes with dread that he is part of a recent epidemic of men suddenly and inexplicably becoming pregnant. His condition obvious to the higher-ups, James is denied the promotion he was expecting, sending him reeling.

I enjoyed this but would have liked to have more. I have often wondered what would happen if men were required to have babies? Some of this story made you laugh but on a serious note it was quite interesting.I get the point but
wished the story was longer. Thanks thanks Jodi for this timely story.

Historia
In this “vital, necessary, and beautiful book” (Michael Eric Dyson), antiracist educator Robin DiAngelo deftly illuminates the phenomenon of white fragility and “allows us to understand racism as a practice not restricted to 'bad people'" (Claudia Rankine). Referring to the defensive moves white people make when challenged racially, white fragility is characterized by emotions such as anger, fear, and guilt and by behaviors including argumentation and silence. These behaviors, in turn, function to reinstate white racial equilibrium and prevent meaningful cross-racial dialogue.

I found this book to very informative; I n that it looks as to the cause of why white feel that they aren’t racist just because they are good people. Most of the time I was reading I felt like why don’t they know this. But over all I would recommend it to anyone looking to take a good look at how they view race. Not only as a white person but other minorities as well; we can all benefit from knowing more about each other.

I loved how I got to hear all the behind the scenes stories. I laughed so hard about Andre when he farted on the set add no one new what was happening. I like to think of it as a fart of epic proportioned. Wish I could have meet them in person. I was so sorry to hear that so many of the cast had passed on. This is really a good follow up; if you want more of the things that happened to make the Princesses Bride such a memorable performance. I would diffidently recommend this to fans and those that just haven’t had the chance to become fans.

Historia
This book is controversial. I do not want to offend or alienate anyone. I am merely relating my knowledge and experiences of being a former social worker. I (David the Bard) am an old guy, about 70 years old. I grew up in the '60s and have lived and worked in several states. I am a former social worker, and I have two master's degrees from BYU, in psychology and child development. This book addresses the issues of Black and White crime and relative value in our society.

Some Black Lives Matter
Revisado: 11-15-20
I think the person who wrote this book has very little understanding of the black community and how it got to be the way it is. When you look outside a problem ; you can make all kinds of assumptions about a people than if you really get to know them. Saying that just because we had a black president all should be fine (On who’s planet do they live on?) The author says said they were in their seventy, which tells me a lot. If you’re looking for a book that’s full of racist racist stereotypes and beliefs. I felt he was just give excuses for a reason to say it ok for police to make judgement call that end up with black people dead. I found the book not worth the read. Black people in black communities have been unfairly treated by the police. He didn’t get the point when he said that he had a adopted brown daughter and he had to tell her how to act with the police ; but how many white people have to give the same talk to their children....SMH! I could go on and on with why this mans thinking is off the mark. I didn’t enjoy this book.

I love this story and the way it was narrated. You could almost imagine the people that portrayed in it. I can’t imagine how people managed to live under these circumstances but I guess if you have no choice you find a way. I just wish Emily would have been allowed to leave as I am sure Elizabeth would have freed her once they were in the north. But I think that’s why they wouldn’t let Elizabeth take her. I also wish I knew what happened to Emily and what her story was like. Over all this is a really great read and I would recommend it to family and friends. Loved the sound of the narrator voice as she told the story...each person came alive as she depicted them in the narration. I will forever remember this story when I see yellow crocus in the spring.

I found the book to very interesting and I had a hard time putting it down. The story of a college student writing a thesis on a person in nursing home that turned in to a hunt for the person who really killed Crystal before Carl died. All the twist and turns makes this a great listen as the excitement builds.
