Wow, what a book

This 'enhanced audiobook' was absolutely phenomenal. Gladwell tells stories that are compelling in every way and make you want to keep listening, and the way he used the actual audio clips of interviews worked so well. He used larger than life high profile stories to truly hammer home what it is that makes understanding strangers so difficult, and it worked beautifully. I can't recommend it enough.
