captivating enough to stand a PeterGiles narration

Loved the dream team, not sure how I feel about the ending though. As for the narrator, thank God Connelly is a great writer, Peter Giles somehow manages to get the Lincoln lawyer sounding whiny, Maggie sounds like a scared teenage girl, and Bosch sounds incompetent.

Would you try another book from Michael Connelly and/or Peter Giles?
Yes, I intend to listen/read the entire Bosch series. But i'd be reluctant to listen to Peter Giles.
What did you like best about this story?
The plot.
How did the narrator detract from the book?
monotonous, over emphasis on just about every word, a weird intonation in the voice at the end of sentences and possibly the worst voice for Bosch.
If this book were a movie would you go see it?
yes
