Great message

To be honest when I started listening I was uncomfortable, but now that it’s over I want more! Everything comes from God (except sin), so therefore I should be thankful for everything He decides to give me as it’s in my best interest. Simple concept but hard practice. The tone of the narrator makes it soothing and the examples the author provides are easy to understand
Glad I listened and will probably buy the actual book to reference when I’m stuck!

Probably best motivation I heard

To say this was inspiring is an understatement. Glad that Goggins narrated this himself. Also liked the mini podcasts after chapters that recapped the chapter just heard. I’ve listened to several motivational type books, but Goggins is the real deal. He doesn’t just tell you his formula he tells you to get at it!
