I was only vaguely familiar with BG’s story prior to reading and am so glad I picked her book up. This is an incredible story of faith and love, answering all of the questions we have all wanted to ask. I highly recommend this book. Prepare for a new appreciation for activists who work to bring our brothers and sisters home as well as inspiration to outreach yourself, and most definitely, the mindfulness to hold your loved ones closer.

I enjoyed the narration and the content. I’ve read the book but wanted to listen to it as well. I am so grateful this book has finally been released on audio. I highly recommend for anyone with trauma in their past, especially from childhood. Thank you, Sister D, for this wonderful book!

Those fortunate to listen to the audiobook will be taken on an amazing journey through Bono’s life. Already a fan of U2, but certainly not a top fan, I now have a new appreciation for the band and the individuals that sun up to make the whole. Bono’s intellect and eloquence, poetry and prose made this book interesting, entertaining, and thought provoking. I highly recommend for any fan, the casual listener to the die hard that never misses a beat. With interwoven music telling the stories of Bono, by Bono, this is a gem to listen to.

My Best Sleep Aid!

I don’t know if it is the narrator’s accent, the beautiful imagery….it’s probably both, but this is the absolute most enjoyable way to fall asleep. Literally, I smile when I cuddle up with a pillow and a blanket, a purring cat and a snoring pup by my side, and play this title. If it weren’t free, I would absolutely buy it.

Inspiring! If you loved the first book, you’ll love this one too. Not the same stories, but some refresher for those who haven’t read his first book - totally necessary for the newbies starting on book two (but I definitely recommend his first book first). Prepare to want to break out your inner beast mode!

Fabulously Entertaining!

I highly recommend this book to any Randy Rainbow fan but also to anyone who is a mere acquaintance of his work. The latter describes me before…and now I’m definitely a fan. Well written and entertaining, I’m not sure anyone but Randy himself could do the narration justice. I’m looking forward to the sequel!

I had no idea how much I love Warwick Davis until I listened to this book! I hope there is a sequel, as so much has happened (e.g., Willow series on Disney+) in the last decade. Warwick’s inside perspective of the movies we love is refreshing and entertaining.
