Historia
Mage Errant: Publisher's Pack contains books one and two of the Mage Errant series: Into the Labyrinth and Jewel of the Endless Erg. Hugh of Emblin is, so far as he's concerned, the worst student that the Academy at Skyhold has ever seen. He can barely cast any spells at all, and those he does cast tend to fail explosively.

Draws you inn
Revisado: 02-15-20
I liked the story and i think the world it is set inn is quite unique and yet draws on familiar beasts and thoughts on magic. It is the way it is all put together makes the world interesting to me.
The characters evolve through the story and there are some really nice and heartwarming moments (as well as some exciting ones) where you can see character progress being made.
There are plot twists that i did not see coming yet did make a lot of sense and i loved that.
By the end of the second book i really wanted too spend more time in this world, see how the main characters will progress from this point and just learn more about this world i have found myself dragged into. Going to get the next volume right after finishing my review.
The narrator did a good job, i liked the voices. the main reason it was not a five star performance was that the flow and ending of several sentences threw me off from time to time. But not enough too really irritate me or rip me away from the story he is telling. This is a personal preference try to listen to the test clip too get a feel for his "narration style".
Tl:dr Great story, loving the world, characters that grow and good narrator.

Who would you call during a zombie outbreak? The police? The military? Your crazy prepper neighbor? No, it's time for the Zee Brothers! Two bad-ass brothers trying to keep the apocalypse from happening one job at a time! Filled with pop culture nods and heroes that just don’t know when to quit, it’s a slap-happy, blood-filled adventure.

Zombie box set for the zombie fan
Revisado: 05-14-19
I had a lot of fun listening to this box set. The story moves fast, it is packed with action, filled with humour and, you know, zombies.
The book has a take on the zombie genre that I found that I like. It has a less of the apocalyptic end of humanity and more of zombies being a reoccurring problem. The Zee brothers made solving this problem into their job and together with JJ and the dog Xanadu make a great show of it. I recommend this for you if you generally like zombie books and movies
The book contains adult themes like sex, killing and swearing so it is not for you who get offended easily.
Ian McEuen does a fantastic job with the narration. He has a wide range of voices and effortlessly changes between them. Truly a great listen.
*I was given a free review copy of the audiobook at my request via Audiobook Booom and have voluntarily left this review.
