Revisado: 05-23-24
Never have I heard someone do skillfully lay out science and facts for the impact the physical movement has on the brain, our capacity to learn, and anxiety.
I especially recommend this book to people who suffer with Anxiety (clinical or otherwise), ADHD, or Depression.

Get ready for the feels
Revisado: 11-21-22
A narrative drenched in nostalgia as you explore Pokémon’s deep roots and also take plenty of time to evaluate the other cultural phenomenon such as digimon and yu gi oh that impacted and were impacted by Pokémon’s meteoric rise. The exposition of the history is gripping.
