Helped me immensely

I started this listening to the book on dog walks. 6 months out of bicep surgery, sciatic issues for years and relapsing multiple sclerosis. I had sciatic issues on our walks, then i hear David “Roger That”, i pick up the pace. I was walking 3 dogs, i switched to just 1 at a time but 3 times. The issues persisted but i kept listening and kept going. I added weights and stretching, kept it up. I just finished the book 2 minutes after RUNNING up the hill i couldn’t walk up. ROGER THAT.
