Story was ok. Kai’s voice was barely tolerable.

I am new to Ana Haung. I’ve been bingeing all of her books for the last couple of months. This one was my least favorite to date. I half listened to it just to get the story line so I can move onto the next one without any gaps. The story was a bit boring but not horrible. The narration was cringy. I could barely stand to listen to Kai. I found myself reading on kindle whenever I could just so I didn’t have to listen to Kai’s voice.

I really love Outer Banks and this was a really good way to have a different story line that also follows the Outer Banks show story!
