As soon as invasive thoughts begin, my earbuds go in and don’t come out until my mind is clear again. It seems the subliminal messaging keeps my subconscious (reactive) mind busy so I can focus on the task at hand. I also use numerous others three times a week without fail as part of my healing therapy.

An Introduction to the concept

I enjoyed this book and will recommend it to those around me struggling with health issues. However, it is only an introduction- a teaser. I would have liked more on how to invoke quantum healing, not just what it is.
