If you have been struggling with God’s intermittent silence as he works behind the scenes of your life, I highly recommend this book series. It is a sweet reminder that he is always with us. Always fighting for us and our salvation. It is also a reminder that remaining faithful to God’s Word and mission for our lives is what makes our lives worth living.

I found this book to be extremely helpful. My husband and I went through a very bad time for a number of years. He is a veteran and was struggling with PTSD. This led to some infidelity and abuse. Fortunately, thanks to lots of answered prayer and awesome counselors, my husband and I made it through and are now on the other side and better than ever. We did end up divorcing for a brief time, but God restored us and we remarried just 3 years ago. I say this, because as you read this book, if you are in this kind of situation, I want to encourage you to not give up. God is truly a God of impossibilities, and even if the worst happens, there can still be good outcomes. I close in stating the boundaries talked about in this book are necessary and combined with godly guidance and prayer. It is possible for some relationships to be restored and redeemed.
