Historia
The anchor of The O'Reilly Factor recounts one of the most dramatic stories in American history - how one gunshot changed the country forever. In the spring of 1865, the bloody saga of America's Civil War finally comes to an end after a series of increasingly harrowing battles. President Abraham Lincoln's generous terms for Robert E. Lee's surrender are devised to fulfill Lincoln's dream of healing a divided nation. But one man and his band of murderous accomplices are not appeased....

Couldn’t stop listening
Revisado: 10-14-23
You know it’s a good story when you can’t stop listening. I learned so much more than what was taught in school.

Historia
Many think of the internet as an unprecedented and overwhelmingly positive achievement of modern human technology. But is it? In The Internet Is Not What You Think It Is, Justin Smith offers an original deep history of the internet, from the ancient to the modern world - uncovering its surprising origins in nature and centuries-old dreams of radically improving human life by outsourcing thinking to machines and communicating across vast distances.

A better read than listen
Revisado: 06-14-23
Very difficult to listen to on a drive in the car. The language is very dry and sounds more like a Phd thesis paper so it would probably be better to read so one can take time to really think about the subject.
