I enjoyed the efficiency of the book. Very little wasted time. Enough background for related research was provided, but not overwhelming. Some books make for excellent sourcing publications, this book just spells out the approach, which was a nice change.

The authors’ approach is earnest & advances the lifestyle approach to reducing cardiovascular risk as a means of improving health, while also including the necessary medical therapy many lifestyle authors downplay or shun.
My only critique after one time through is the repeated self-promotion. Although I understand their need to protect their IP, it does grate just a bit by the end of the book.
Overall it’s a very worthwhile read or listen.
