I was not sure if I would like this book at the beginning but it kept me interested long enough for me to get into the people & story. Not my usual read but glad I found and listened to this book, the author does a great job!

There were negative reviews because of the narrator but since I wasn't born in Africa the accents didn't bother me. Tony Parks writes great adventure stories with many interesting sides including a love story. I hope more of his books will be available on Audible. Love them.

There are too many to choose, you will laugh, cry, learn and enjoy, this multifaceted book.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
I wanted to listen to it all the time but the series is too long for that.
