The extra touches in the audio from bells chiming to the sounds of footsteps was delightful. It amplified the beautiful world Ms. Garber constructed. However, sexual violence is ALWAYS wrong and that doesn't change no matter who the perp is. Legend as a character has been ruined and in no way was this the holiday romance I was expecting. I am tremendously disappointed and I pray the trigger warnings are made widely available because this is not something that should be encouraged to YA readers aka kids !

Breathe

While they're hidden gems packed within this work, the audioversion completely rushes through them. At times, it feels as if the narrator can not catch his breath and therefore I wanted to remind him to breathe. it's okay to be nervous but one must remember not to rush over The Word and describing the Heatlhy Fear of The Lord.

From the writing to the narrators to the worldbuilding to the storytelling, everything about Finale was perfection ! It was heartwarming and romantic and magical and romantic and I couldn't have asked for a more spectacular ending. What an adventure ✨️

A Movie for the Ears

Wow, what an experience 👏This was a pleasure to listen to! I loved the different tones and pitches and accents and how realistic this felt. Each time I played this audiobook, I felt as if I were in a movie theatre. I couldn't have wanted anything better. The inclusion of a bonus chapter was a special touch. The novel itself is very immersive and magical, which only added to my delight. 5 🌟

Camilla is who we dream to be

A powerful tale of what one woman will do to bring justice to the sexually abused and violated. She is who many of us dream to be, ridding the world of sick men who believe they have rights to other people's bodies. The plot was delightful and so was the cunning nature of Camilla. I loved it!

While the British accent of the narrator was sometimes a turn off, I enjoy the delivery 1000%

Queer Perfection

Not only was the narrator delightful but the story itself was gripping. I was incredibly moved by Evander (Andy) and his life as a gay detective. Lavender House provided an escape to a queer family that could not live openly. I found their stories as well as their love incredibly touching! I bawled at the ending and the genuine care I felt between the newly created family. I could not recommend this book enough 10000/10
