Not much history
Revisado: 07-25-24
Another pick and choose from parts of a chronicle, believe half of what the chronicle says. I don’t understand, taking part of chronicle and making it the historical part of your story and then in the same chronicle dismissing what’s said. Why rely on a source so strongly and then disregard other parts of the same chronicle.
I have never understood this part. I also don’t understand taking facts from people who weren’t even in the country until some 50 years after events. Overall, the storyline is repetitive and boring.. it’s a very slanted pro tutor story with little history, it is mostly fictional speculation with just a few historical dates scattered throughout. I was very disappointed as the story really didn’t have anything historical

Historia
In this short audiobook, a retired detective reopens this cold case and attempts to piece together the evidence and answer the great mystery about what really happened to the young Princes. Were they really murdered? If so, what happened to the bodies and who did the evil deed? Or were they left unharmed and left to live out their days in peace? Was a challenging offered up in place of Richard, Duke of York by Elizabeth Woodville and was that why Henry VII was so concerned by Perkin Warbeck?

Eye-opening, new theories
Revisado: 12-22-23
There are several points in this book that I found most intriguing that I have never thought of before. I hope you write more books.
I personally have always wondered why Thomas Moore’s writings are held so high in the case of the missing boys. He would’ve been quite young when the event happened and news and stories were not told as today with media news outlets. He also lived most of his life in Tutor history.

Enjoyable fictional story
Revisado: 01-31-23
I am not normally fiction person but this was a very enjoyable story. Could’ve been a little longer in parts the story kinda dropped off, if one didn’t know the history they maybe left wondering.

Right on!
Revisado: 09-22-15
If you could sum up Plunder and Deceit in three words, what would they be?
Excellent. I'm smarter!
What was the most compelling aspect of this narrative?
There were so many facts that I was not aware of - outstanding! Mark Levin breaks it down - chapter by chapter and issue by issue. America is a great nation. Every US citizen should read/listen to this book.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
America - The Beautiful.
