Great story, mediocre narration.

I thoroughly enjoyed hearing the more in-depth version of the story of how arthas became the Lich King it brought back many memories of game. I had started playing World of Warcraft around the release of Wrath of the Lich King and played for many years. It was very nostalgic for me and I enjoyed the whole story. Christie Golden is a fantastic writer of these stories but her narration skills still leave a little to be desired compared to some of the other books that have been released but I'm still happy to have this and glad I heard it.

Great story in well narrated!

love that the story finally came to audiobooks would highly recommend is a great story and Ramon De Ocampo does a great job with the read. I never realized just how much the movie changed the story. In the end I still enjoyed both versions the movie and the book lore, the book just makes more sense to what I know from the game.

I loved the story and book but with all due respect Christie Golden needs to stick to her wonderful writing skills rather than narrating she tries but doesn't quite help the immersion. All-in-all I still thoroughly enjoyed this audiobook and I'm glad it finally came out, looking forward to the next one. If her narrating all the books is what it takes to get the rest of the books out in audiobook I would still happily accept it!

Good story performance was okay.

I thoroughly enjoyed hearing the story but sadly I must say the narrator not one of the best of all the World of Warcraft books that I've listened to. I have all the respect in the world for Christie Golden as I love her stories in the way she writes but I will admit her performance in reading it not quite as good as many of the others but I am still very happy that this book finally came to audiobook, I would still recommend.

Loved it, Great addition to the previous trilogy . Well read by Michael Sheen definitely had my heart racing in many parts well done The worst part is the fact that now I have to wait for the next book to get released !

Great book well done but

I only had a few small qualms with this book, that being, a few mispronunciations of names and places and there were a couple change of scenes with no break and you didn't realize there were changes seen until a few sentences later which was a little confusing at first. Beyond that, it was well done and would definitely recommend it.
