This guide includes examples from businesses and leaders, real-life stories, and data that all paint a picture of what to do and not do in business. The work of fostering and forwarding diversity, inclusion, and equity from the stockroom to the boardroom is not quick work. Intentional consistency will yield dividends in the long run.

Kimberly outlines data and personal stories to paint a picture to the audience. It is a strength to hire diversity in gender, racial, sexual preference, etc. As a business with over 100 staff and more than half are women (our best staff are mothers), this book points out ways to continually improve. This book helps navigate business today for all business owners. All in all, great listen. Would highly recommend.
