Captures your emotions!

Interesting book with great characters! Far fetched but that is the point of the this series. When you read it you will get it.
There were parts that I was frustrated with I just wanted him to tell “them” just say something. Then there were parts that I thought just stop being a whining brat, then the next moment I admired his bravery. This book sure got my emotions going which is why it’s a great book when you find yourself immersed like that the author did something right!

I liked the story with the mafia and the kidnapping but the most creative solute has was to kidnap the president? Interesting concept but a bit out there for me.

This book is pretty interesting. Kept me engaged through the whole book and developed the characters nicely. However There are a few things that I did not care for.... For example in one scene the guy used a digital camera..... in the 60’s?! Um I don’t think so. Also I felt the ending was weak and kept you hanging.
As for the performance..... it was good except the female voices drove me nuts. It was awful! Sounded like kindergartens making voices up

This book is captivating it is a great story but so many dark twists it made me feel uneasy during parts of it! The darkness and the treatment of women was what lost a star for me. But it was part of the story so I have to give it a good rating despite the parts that made me squirm!

This was a great book with fantastic characters and a good plot action packed start to finish...... the end of the book was like sitting in the theatres watching the first Lord of the Rings thinking how did they end it here! This book just ends in a way that’s disappointing as you want it to continue. It does continue in the next book but I feel that the two could have almost been made into one book! Stay tuned I have to get the next book and read it NOW!
