Historia
It Worked for Me is filled with vivid experiences and lessons learned that have shaped the legendary career of the four-star general and former Secretary of State Colin Powell. At its heart are Powell's "Thirteen Rules" - such as "Get mad, then get over it" and "Share credit" - that introduce his principles for effective leadership: conviction, hard work, and, above all, respect for others. A natural storyteller, Powell offers warm and engaging parables with wise advice on succeeding in the workplace and beyond.

Great lessons from interesting stories
Revisado: 09-16-14
Any additional comments?
Gen. Powell has retired from a long and exemplary career. This book is an accurate reminder of how a leader needs to constantly be concerned with his/her personal improvement. Gen. Powell does an excellent job of communicating these points in an interesting, story telling style.
EXCELLENT READ. Just relax and enjoy the stories - you will accidentally learn how to improve yourself.
When there are so many authors like Gen. Powell who advocate and prove that knowledge, leadership, fairness, and judgement are extremely important, you wonder how so many upper level managers in this country get to and keep their positions. Once again, it is shown that leaders who know their respective fields make the best decisions for their company, themselves, and those around them.

Love It
Revisado: 03-05-14
What did you love best about Jim Cramer's Real Money?
It's good to listen and learn from such a successful investor. Good basic information. He has a broad knowledge of the market. Not a narrow approach to investing at all.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Who writes these questions???
Which character – as performed by Jim Cramer – was your favorite?
Jim Cramer!!!
What insight do you think you’ll apply from Jim Cramer's Real Money?
I have listened to this book about five times and continue to study the techniques. I'm finally making some money in the market now. Mostly Cramer gives you information and really encourages you to do research, or as he says, homework.
Any additional comments?
Best information about investing I've read/listened to. I have become a big fan of Cramer. Not only read his books but read his articles everyday and listen to his TV program every chance I get. I'll have to admit that his goofy antics on the program initially made me skeptical but he has a very broad and common sense approach to investing. If you are a logical person, you will begin to see logic in his approach. He's an acquired taste!!

Would you consider the audio edition of Get Rich with Options: Four Winning Strategies Straight from the Exchange Floor, 2nd Edition to be better than the print version?
About the same.
Any additional comments?
The questions in this review are irrelevant.
I found the information interesting. I'm proceeding carefully and am involved in the first trade strategy. Working pretty well so far. Will progress into more complicated strategies as my understanding increases. Fairly new to investing so not moving so fast. Looking forward to continuing my studies of the book.
