I was able to read Life After Death in about three days; however, it took me longer to get into Love After Midnight. This book will leave you with so many cliffhangers that you are ready for the next book to be released to explain what happens next. I believe that Winter is visiting all the places she did while in a coma, but now it is in the world of the living, for example, the house that belongs to blue eyes. I also believe that each character from her death experience are the characters in the living world. Lastly, I am starting to wonder if Elisha is using Winter to build his fame even more because he does not want his wife Porsche to be in the limelight. He makes me look at him side eye.

The book was a good read. You wanted to continue reading to see how the characters would come together and who knew. An unbalanced mind could take over a person whole life. I imagined a different ending. I thought it was all a finished script that was ready to be presented.

Sister Souljah’s “Life after Death” is a biblical story of the travel through Heaven and Hell after death that is translated to a story that we can understand. Being stuck in the life you lived or want to live so desperately that you can’t see what is in front of you. Even though the obvious was shown to her, she could not get out her own way. This story will allure and captivate you from start to finish, and you will not want to put it down and or stop listening. It is a MUST read.
