I’ve always been a Mandisa fan. Since her passing I’m more endured to her because of this book and her music. Thank you for leaving the story of your journey for all of us to read, absorb, and be ever changed and committed to our Christ walk. Please say hello and give hugs to my 5 children and grandson. I really enjoyed this book. I was hoping there would be a part II. The ending was too abrupt and I wanted many of the characters to experience retribution for all that they went through. This left me feigning for more. Nonetheless, the story was really, really, good!!

I've never heard of intermittent fasting let alone try it. I was desperate and a friend told me about it. I was then desperate again to learn all that I could about it to see if it was a good fit. This book is comprehensive and a quick and necessary resource if you are considering IF. Straight forward, no fluff read that answers questions I didn't even know I had! Looking for more books by this author!!
