Historia
I found success with an empathic, heart-centered, and strengths based approach. Though combining different approaches that range from challenging stigma, bolstering self-efficacy, to somatic body-centered work, I was able to carve out the ability overcome basic characteristics that are associated with ADHD.

Highly recommend this book!
Revisado: 03-15-23
"ADHD, a Heartful Approach" is an insightful and compassionate guide for those who have ADHD or in my case, love someone with ADHD (My husband of 23 years) The author approaches ADHD with a unique perspective that focuses on the emotional aspects of living with ADHD, rather than simply the symptoms.
My audible collection has over 1000 audiobooks, and in my opinion, the narrator can make or break a book. Nick Sarando's narration of the audiobook is excellent, and he effectively captures the author's empathetic tone and message. His delivery is clear, engaging, and easy to listen to.
I appreciate the use of sound effects and music in this audiobook that definitely helped to create a more immersive listening experience. FUN FACT, I always listen to an entire book, including the end credits, I can report the music I enjoyed throughout is "voices in my head" by the author, Shane Bruce.
Overall, "ADHD, a Heartful Approach" is a highly recommended resource for anyone who wants to gain a deeper understanding of ADHD and learn how to support individuals with ADHD in a more compassionate and effective way.

The methods contained within this book are so simple, so instantaneous, and so effective, it’s as if they work by magic. If you implement even one tactic in this book, you’ll see the change in your prospects' demeanor. And you’ll know the $100M Offers method worked when you start hearing, “What do I need to do to move forward?” before you even ask for the sale.

I've listened like 10 times
Revisado: 06-08-22
This book was made for Gym owners, but it translates to other businesses as well.
I am a professional DJ (@godjentertainment on Instagram) & I learned that the "make an offer so good they'd feel stupid saying no" approach to my business sets me apart from others in my same profession.
he asked in the book to leave a review so that this book can help another entrepreneurs. I agree it will. so here it is.
I have been listening to books in this genre for many years. probably thirty or more of these types of books per year.
this book is definitely on the top of my list.
Alex gets straight to the point & he is audacious in his business practices which I am adopting myself to create great experiences. One's they will remember fondly for the rest of their lives.
I follow Alex on Instagram too. He gives out great advice there everyday as well.
it's a short book, he talks like a regular guy & gets to what you need to know without a bunch of filler.
highly recommend

People have a tendency to look at the worst in people. They especially have that tendency when the people are stars who have made millions of dollars in the rap industry. I have seen and recorded the worst but I choose to focus on the best. Lil Wayne is not a success because he spews explicit language, demeans black women and jumps up and down on stage with his shirt off - anyone can do that.

Surprise!!!!!
Revisado: 05-14-21
I bought this book on a whim. I didn't think I'd even listen to it. I don't didn't know who Anthony Stewart was or if this short book was going to be tabloid fluff. WRONG! I was really wrong. This dude filmed Lil Wayne for years so he really knows him. I was impressed on his takeaways from working closely with Lil Wayne for years. He explains Wayne's personally, work ethic, habits & overall mentality all in under an hour. this is not an easy task.
If Mr Stewart ever puts out another audiobook I will be the first to preorder it.
I can't find him on Instagram but my handle is @godjentertainment (wonder where I got that from?)
Keep up the good work bro!

Historia
We live in a hierarchical world where experience has traditionally been the key to promotion. But that period is over! Straight, clear-cut career trajectories no longer exist. Industries disappear, job descriptions change, and people's interests and passions evolve. The key to riding this wave, entrepreneur James Altucher advises, is to constantly be curious about what's next, to be comfortable with uncertainty so you can keep navigating the rough waters ahead, and most importantly, to pursue the things that interest you.

Best book of 2021 so far!!!!!!
Revisado: 03-11-21
This book gives you practical & most importantly actionable steps. Like his ten ideas a day that he talks about in all of his books. You can youtube Ten Ideas a day if you are not familiar. He expands on this idea even more in this book. If you love James Altucher like I do you know his books don't change all that much on content they just get BETTER & evolve with the times.
How I used this book using the ten ideas a day. I work as A DJ for living. I gave the Wedding Venue I work with the idea on how to make more money when booking a Wedding. I told them to tell the married couple free drinks for them. No other venue does this. Their wedding closing ratio has gone up plus they are able to charge more which increases how many Weddings I get to do.
I always hear people say they can't get ahead because the don't have a degree or whatever, but you might just save thousands on not getting a degree by implementing James' ideas. They are the new currency.
Plus this whole book is read by the Author. With bonus stuff that isn't in the book because James' brain thinks new thoughts as he reads his book to you.

if you're serious about DJing
Revisado: 03-16-18
Anybody can press a play button, so that does't make you a DJ. Music is super important, but there is more to DJing an event than the music. James walks you through begining to end of a wedding. You can tell he's fine tuned this process over the years. I DJ private events most weekends & i've adoped some of his practices. If you're serious about DJing this book will pay for itself a thousand time over.
