Historia
For an overdue episode, I had to make it a good one. To be honest, I kept putting off episodes about Jesus. Why? Because I don't feel worthy of reading His stories and words and bringing them to life. I wanted it to be perfect... and that's impossible. I am only human and will make mistakes. So here is my imperfect reading about the only Perfect Man to walk this earth. This is only the beginning of His story. Enjoy, and thank you for listening. We are reading from the end of Luke chapter 2, Matthew 3 and the beginning of Matthew 4, John chapter 1 starting with verse 19 and all of John 2. If ...

Historia
Back in college, Jane Lewis would have given anything to be like homecoming queen Connie Bryan. Instead she was just Plain Jane - overweight, frumpy, and painfully shy. That was then. Today, a lovely and confident Dr. Jane Lewis has a thriving psychotherapy practice, her own radio talk show, a beautiful old Louisiana mansion, and her affectionate, nutty dog, Olive, to keep her company. The only thing missing is someone to share her life.

Has the makings to be a good book but…
Revisado: 07-13-23
The stir has potential but needs to be reviewed by an Editor. Too many inconsistencies in timelines, and facts. You can see where it attempted to be factual and realistic but just kept derailing into what seemed to be the writer personal belief about how the legal system and mental health system work (or should work) the Maine character did have an abrupt personality change and came off rude, selfish self centered and demanding. The reader had good voice characters but rushed into chapters or me scene which made it hard to follow.

Going to Hell has never been on my bucket list...until now. The fact that I can speak that sentence without laughing or losing my mind is absurd. However, my life has veered into a very tricky tale that rivals any of my books. The villain has been banished. I’ve written her right into an infernal doom. Unfortunately, a few of my very dear friends, fictional and real, have been caught up in the horror story, and they’ve taken the trip down under as well. It’s my fault, and I can only see one way out...a plot twist of epic proportions.

Historia
A fresh start. That's what Becca hoped the move from New York to Redemption, Wisconsin would be for her troubled family. A way to get her crumbling marriage back on track, and to bond with her difficult 16-year-old stepdaughter. But instead of a new beginning, Becca is thrust into a mysterious past she barely remembers. A past that includes the complications of interacting with her old teenage crush, Daniel, as well as living in her aunt's old house. A house with a violent past. A house the locals swear is haunted.

Disappointed
Revisado: 02-17-23
I am struggling to finish this book. The author has made the main character so unrealistically dense and weak it’s hard to keep listening! The hundreds of self-doubting questions she asks, agitating indecisions and multiple assumptions without context for the majority the story makes it hard to keep listening. I could get past some of that because it could be a good storyline if not for all the ridiculous self-questioning?
