Makes you stop in the midst of busy life responsibilities to understand life is so short. Make life count .....to do that you must be selfless and find a way to contribute to others to better other's lives. it gives you purpose and may prolong your life knowing that your contributions lift people up around you. Their lives may not be the same without what you may have to offer society and community.
