There are so many narcissistic books and podcasts out there but narcissism is a subject with so many sub categories that it can be quite confusing. I am still in shock that this is what my 20 years of marriage is. I’ve been living it so long that most of these things I’ve adapted to, or so I thought. I am beyond emotionally and mentally drained and I’m truly struggling at this point to just put one foot in front of the other each day. This is the first time in several years that I feel hope for a better and happy life.

Every parent of teens should definitely listen

Important and helpful information I wish I had with my first born child. My only complaint is there should be more; I would love more in-depth information about social media and all technology these days and how it affects the modern teen. Worth the time and definitely recommend to all parents.
