Some of the most on point leadership advice I've heard to date

I've been in an official leadership role now for about four years. the types of problems and concerns I have today practically mirror the index of this book. Not only were the topics of concern spot on, but the advice was extremely direct and actionable. As someone who reads a lot of books on leadership, I can tell you this is rare. I'll be strongly recommending this book to my own managers.
