It was very good but I wish I had the full version. This one was only able to highlight the major topics and didn't dig into the deeper philosophy of the topic. I can see it being of use in current businesses.

As an adult, I read this as a political statement, but one that I ultimately cried in the end. I saw the first two movies before reading the series, but came into this unbiased and fresh. May we as a country never repeat the past sins of ourselves and others before us when it comes to human rights.

Nick is growing up but is he going to fulfill his destiny for good or for evil? This books turns from the previous two because it is a little more serious and, while it still has humor, it doesn't leave you laughing till you cry over crazy shirts. You start to understand more about who Nick really is and why the people around him have made the choices they did. After all, the choices we make are what put us on the path we follow. But as our favorite DH says, just because we can do something doesn't mean you should. Nick faces that scenario several times in this installment you won't be able to put down and will have you begging for you more as it ends.

It was no wonder that they signed another two books only days after announcing that the series may be cancelled. This book was the culmination of everything the breed feared and desired. You won't want to put it down once you start.

Loved Riley's story but still couldn't stand the narrator. It's not bad enough to miss the book, but she's not good. I love how the story was able to build on what the first two books had.

A twist on the typical paranormal book

There characters were solid but it took a while for the story to build enough to understand where it was going. It also didn't follow the usual paranormal format and changes the rules of the game, so you need to pay attention so that you understand how this world works. Overall I liked the characters. However, I didn't like the performance at all. She didn't differentiate between characters very well and her accents were horrible. Was it bad enough to stop listening - nope. I jumped straight into the 2nd book!

Even the strongest have a weak spot

The guardian was a great addition to the series although you don't really need to follow the Dream Hunter books to understand it. I am a fan of all of Kenyon's series' and would put this one in the top 10 of all of them. It's a story about trust and finding yourself. It's a battle between listening to your brain or your heart. While shorter than I would have preferred it is worth your time and credit.
