Fantastic novel
Revisado: 10-29-18
The best piece of historical fiction I have ever read. This book seared my soul with great sorrow, anger, vindication, then joy, love, and finally peace. It left me with the desire to live better and seek after the wisdom and determination of Ben.
No point in analyzing characters, style, or themes. They were all fully developed and satisfying. Unforgettable story.

I get frustrated with books and stories that leave you hanging and resumes in books not yet in print. This book has a well developed plot and sub plots.
