RC does a great job with this series.

I liked the story but it left off feeling unfinished as a main mystery was just left open. with no resolution. I hope there is a next book and it dives into that mystery.

I just couldn't take anymore.

RC Bray was great as usual and the only reason I listened as long as I did, but even he could not save this one.
The story just did not work. It was like a child's carton with gore and killing thrown in. A woke meme filled global warming dystopian earth.
spoiler(capture the evil genius villain and let him live, just so he can escape). Add in the religion of AI as the good guys. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.
I hope RC got paid well to read this one.

I have truly enjoyed this series and the Slavers. Wars Raymond L. Weil has done a good job of keeping the series interesting. I recommend starting at the beginning with the 3 short stories prior to the Slavers wars. The narrator is very good.
I think this is the last, I only wish it was whisper sync
