Historia
After Tova Sullivan’s husband died, she began working the night shift at the Sowell Bay Aquarium, mopping floors and tidying up. Keeping busy has always helped her cope, which she’s been doing since her eighteen-year-old son, Erik, mysteriously vanished on a boat in Puget Sound over thirty years ago. Tova becomes acquainted with curmudgeonly Marcellus, a giant Pacific octopus living at the aquarium. Marcellus knows more than anyone can imagine but wouldn’t dream of lifting one of his eight arms for his human captors—until he forms a remarkable friendship with Tova.

Amazing Story
Revisado: 11-29-23
I enjoyed listening to this story a lot! I like that characters have their own voices and we can feel we are inside the story! I really liked the connection between the octopus and the human. We know octopus are very intelligent creatures.

I thought the history was very different than the other ones I read listened. Time going back and forward and took me a little bit to get it. But very interesting!

Easy to read, missing more adventure

I thought the book was easy to listen but was a little repetitive and not so exiting in my opinion. Performance was good.

I liked the history and the way the narrator read it! Money is not the most important thing in life!

Historia
Every so often a love story so captures our hearts that it becomes more than a story - it becomes an experience to remember forever. The Notebook is such a book. It is a celebration of how passion can be ageless and timeless, a tale that moves us to laughter and tears and makes us believe in true love all over again.... At 31, Noah Calhoun, back in coastal North Carolina after World War II, is haunted by images of the girl he lost more than a decade earlier.
