FANTASTIC! Needn't like fantasy to love this book!

There are some fantasy novels that I have GREATLY enjoyed, though I general, I pass over that genre. This book grabbed me from the beginning. The NARATION was chosen and carried through AMAZINGLY. The story and character did not deep dive into the... "what the heck", but allowed time for investment and character development. I've gotta guess that most book lovers would enjoy this highly.

A Must Read/Listen!!

Well researched and written and also, thankfully, so well read!

I am surprised to have learned so much and to see how closely the lack of care, research and the large amount of greed from this family and those that supported them has harmed and killed so many! Likely someone close or a few degrees from many of us! I have not been pulled into a story of this length, especially a non fiction, in years.

For lovers of Water

I was blessed to meet a friend of the author and was greatly intrigued to learn more about the effects of the water and ocean that plays in my own life. I am now reading this for the 2nd time period I think it is a great listen for many people to understand how amazing being near the ocean can affect those and some of us more than others.

I Became interested in this book after listening to Matthew McConaughey's green lights. So far it is a positive inspiration for personal growth.

A big THANKYOU to the author and all who made this puzzle well thought out. An enjoyable mysterious ride, and a recognition of human behavior. If you like Brittish old houses, mysteries and not solving the puzzle painfully quick. I recommend.

FIRST 5 Stars I’ve given out of over 100 audio books!

If I hadn’t known better, I would have thought this book was written MANY years ago. It was the first book that I did not have to think twice on how many stars I enjoyed it. It is long and I was SO thankful for this. I believe that It needed this length to tell the complete story well. No extra filler. This was a gift, because I loved knowing there was more. This book needed my FULL attention. Many of my shorter easier listens, I would love to also play my app games. When I tried it with this novel, I always had to rewind and re-listen. It is worth the focus.
The thought that this author has written more books surprises me, because it seems like a life’s work. So.... I give huge praise, but that is my opinion. I wouldn’t suggest going into it with high hopes. Just enjoy it and if you’re considering buying this novel, I do believe it is well worth it. Not meaning to leave this as a last note, however, this novel could NOT have been narrated any better!! ABSOLUTE PERFECT NARRATION!
