Historia
In order to overcome a narcissistic relationship, there are two ways out: Be discarded for the final time from the narcissist, or go no contact and cut yourself away from your abuser. Neither option is pretty, and I can’t deny that both are painful. However, when you claim back your power by making the decision to go no contact, you give yourself the ability to leave the relationship with dignity, newfound self-respect, and the makings of a solid foundation to build your future on.

Brought Me Back to No Contact
Revisado: 12-03-23
It took years of planning to leave my abusive husband Narcissist. I was so proud going “no contact” but he weaseled his way back into contact through a family member tragedy. I bought right back into the lies and love-bombing and even contemplated calling off the divorce. Though I had moved out of state, he started harassing me again and I realized my mistake. I needed to get back on my path of “no-contact” again, because I realized it was the only way to stay away from him. I couldn’t trust myself around his manipulation. This book, immediately set me back on track. I blocked all avenues of contact and I’m so proud of myself.
