a favorite. i have all of her books. this story line is one of her best. plus scarpetta and marion aren't screaming at each other, as in the latter books.
well worth a credit. highly recommend

opens well and doesn't slow down. the ending is a bit of a reach, but it all melds together.

disappointing I liked the idea of the police dog rehab. Book dragged narration was good
