Narrated Well
Revisado: 08-04-20
A storm is brewing in the Black Swan world. Maybe even two.
Storm and Litha's daughter, Rosie, is growing up fast. Really fast. Between both her parents having demon blood in their veins and Litha's being part witch, that made for some potent mixing of genes. Rosie is smart and beautiful and she has one the hearts of all. Even the Glenn loves babysitting her. Then all bets are off the day she becomes a grown women.
Engle Storm is lost. I mean really lost. One moment he's with Deliverance riding the passages the next Storm has slip through his hands. Now Storm is lost in another dimension.
One minute Angel Storm is about to be killed by thugs, the next he finds himself being handed over to a beautiful that is relieved to see him. His life was spared and he is now in the arms of a beautiful woman. The day is looking up for Angel.
Storm needs to get to his home dimension before Rosie grows up without him.
Glenn is being groomed (and it's not because he's one quarter werewolf) to become the next Sovereign of Jefferson Unit. Solomon has is retiring and decided now is the time to go a extended vacation with Fansworth. So Glenn has to run the unit while he's gone. Everything should run smoothly with help of B Team.
Z team has a rep. And it's not good. Their the anarchists of the well ordered and disciplined world of the Knights, but they don't care. They're badass, emphasis on ASS. There is cost to be paid for being the lone wolf team.
Elora's life is on the line when plot to assassinate her comes to fruition. Everyone rallies to protect and her son, Helm. Including her students, but without Solomon to lead things don't look to good for the unit.
This is another winner. It's fast paced and funny. Gary Furlong did a wonderful job with narrating this beautiful tale.

Beautifully Delivered
Revisado: 08-04-20
Victoria Danann has delivered again a spellbinding story about the universes of the Black Swans. Gary Furlong using his voice to maximum effect. A wonderful story that has been perfectly.
This is a complicated, well written and highly entertaining book. It covers multiple stories about the different people, you know and new characters, within the Black Swan series. There is heartache, headache, humor, love, battles and unruly vampires. I highly recommend you read this book and all the others in the series.

Interesting Storyline.
Revisado: 07-09-18
Enjoyed the different take on the fantasy genre. The story is complex. I found this YA novel intriguing. I kept my attention throughout the book. I recommend not only for YA readers but adults as well.
The narrator BJ Harrison did a wonderful job of bringing this novel to life. His reading was expressive.

Great Aubible Book
Revisado: 06-02-16
Where does Croc's Return rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
It is a very enjoyable listen. The narrator does well to convey the humor of the situations.
What other book might you compare Croc's Return to and why?
I listen to quiet a bit of audiobooks and find it hard to compare one author and narrator with next, though I would rank Eve's humor and writing up there with Robin Peterman and Mimi Jean Pamfiloff.
Which character – as performed by Chandra Skyye – was your favorite?
I enjoyed the all the characters in the book. Chandra Skye is a great job in giving the essence of all the characters.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
One of the funniest bits in the book is when Caleb meets Princess and is relegated to riding in the back of the truck.
Any additional comments?
Eve Langlias is a constantly a great writer. I love her quirky humor.

Great Story
Revisado: 01-29-15
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
I would highly recommend this book to my friends. The writing is tight and imaginative. The narrator did a great job bringing the characters to life.
Who was your favorite character and why?
There are two characters I really like Charder and Arcove. Even though they viewed each other as enemies, they did work together for what was best for their species.
What about Rish Outfield’s performance did you like?
Rish did an outstanding job in the narration and voicing the characters.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
Storm's ability to keep his foes guessing. Not only the creasing but the bullies he had to avoid inorder to survive his first winter.
Any additional comments?
I love Aligail's writings and her characters. They are alien to our world, but they just as complexed and flawed.

One of the Best Narrations
Revisado: 11-14-14
What did you love best about Secret Things?
I really enjoyed Thessalyn's story in 'Sky Dance.' Abigail narrated the entire story with no other voice actors and give a great job with portraying each of the characters. Her voice was spot on with her portrayal of Thessalyn. I got teary eyed at points in the story.
What other book might you compare Secret Things to and why?
It is a unique book. I can't really compare it with any other book I've read.
Have you listened to any of Abigail Hilton’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
She has really improved. It shows in her conveyance of the characters' emotions. Abigail has become more comfortable in showing emotions. She's not just reading the stories, she is acting. It felt at times the she lost herself in the characters.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
I thought the awkward flirting between Lu and Basil was amusing. I laughed a lot during 'Chemistry.' I also thought the story that Chesser told Thessalyn's about she lost her wing was heart wrenching.
Any additional comments?
It is a very good production. The four stories give the reader more personal histories of some the characters. Enjoyed the short stories. Well written and does the Universe of the Cowry Catchers justice.

Revisado: 09-30-14
If you could sum up Crossroads in three words, what would they be?
Imaginative world building.
What did you like best about this story?
It filled in some of the back stories of the characters from 'The Cowry Catcher' and 'The Prophet of Panamindorah' series.
What about Abigail Hilton’s performance did you like?
Abigail has a rich speaking voice. Her pace with her reading in just right. The reading is never rush but is not cumbersome either.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
I was sad that the characters had to go through so much in their lives. In most of the stories the characters face some kind of loss, but you see how those events formed them into the characters the later become.
Any additional comments?
As Abigail advises in the beginning of the audiobook, it is advisable to read or listen to her two series first in order to understand the stories better. Production is well done.

Even villains need a hero. Gerard lost his birthright in his small island kingdom when he married the court minstrel. He fled to the only place that offered protection from his father and his vengeful local deity - the service of the High Priestess. Unfortunately, his superior officer, Silveo, takes an instant disliking to Gerard. Silveo has a reputation for cruelty, cunning, and a biting wit. He's a minority species, and rumors claim that he was once an assassin, who clawed his way to power from a childhood of poverty and abuse.

Revisado: 08-14-14
Would you listen to The Guild of the Cowry Catchers again? Why?
The audio book very pleasurable to listen to. Yes, I will listening to it again. The voice actors and the narrator worked well together to weave all 5 books together. The music that was used set the tone perfectly.I wished more audiobooks used voice actors instead of using only a narrator.
What was one of the most memorable moments of The Guild of the Cowry Catchers?
The book had many interesting, exciting and had its sad moments. It's hard to pick out when so many movements play such an important part in furthering the story. It was sad when certain characters died, exciting when they were battling enemies and I liked Silveo's black humor. What I like most though was they way Silveo put together clues left by his nemesis Gwain.
What does Abigail Hilton and Full Cast bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Using voice actors allows the listener to enjoy the variety of characters more. Abigail's narration filled out the story by giving background information and letting the listener in on the events and reactions of the characters.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
The Firebird has not forgotten Panamindorah.
Any additional comments?
I highly recommend this audiobook. It's rich and a very complex story that was well acted and narrated. It is a long audiobook so be prepared to invest some time but it is well worth it.
