Historia
Cameron Hanes discovered his true passion for bowhunting when he was twenty. Inspired by the physical challenges of stalking elk in the Oregon wilderness—traversing mountainous terrain, braving erratic weather, and evading his quarry’s even more dangerous predators—he began an ever-evolving journey of self-improvement. To become the best bowhunter of wild elk, to the caliber he believed he could be, Cam realized he would need more than archery skills.

Was sounding very repetitive towards the end
Revisado: 10-22-24
The beginning of the story was interesting however towards the end it sounded very repetitive and I just had to stop finishing the audiobook

Historia
We live in a world that's obsessed with talent. We celebrate gifted students in school, natural athletes in sports, and child prodigies in music. But admiring people who start out with innate advantages leads us to overlook the distance we ourselves can travel. We underestimate the range of skills that we can learn and how good we can become. We can all improve at improving. And when opportunity doesn't knock, there are ways to build a door.

Find the hidden potential in your team and yourself
Revisado: 02-19-24
Honestly I was expecting a self help book genre where he talks about finding your true potential but it’s more than that! This book covers finding the hidden gems around you and definitely made me rethink the way I conduct interviews and coach the team

Historia
The compelling, inspiring (often comic) coming-of-age story of Trevor Noah, set during the twilight of apartheid and the tumultuous days of freedom that followed. One of the comedy world's brightest new voices, Trevor Noah is a light-footed but sharp-minded observer of the absurdities of politics, race and identity, sharing jokes and insights drawn from the wealth of experience acquired in his relatively young life.

The real man behind the jokes
Revisado: 09-26-22
This audible was recommended to me.. I was expecting a stardom story but instead it was as per the title, his story from birth, stories about domestic abuse, stories about apartheid. As sick and pain those stories are, only Trevor Noah can make it heartfelt, funny most of the times and yet delivering the true essence of life is a mix kid in South Africa during the apartheid

Historia
Here is the story of Jerry Weintraub: the self-made, Brooklyn-born, Bronx-raised impresario, Hollywood producer, legendary deal maker, and friend of politicians and stars. No matter where nature has placed him - the club rooms of Brooklyn, the Mafia dives of New York's Lower East Side, the wilds of Alaska, or the hills of Hollywood - he has found a way to put on a show and sell tickets at the door.

Revisado: 04-19-22
Honestly , don’t really know who is Jerry Weintraub before I got this book. I listened to it because this book seems to be appearing recommended reading by many people.
Jerry is really the rain maker/ the magnet to people and the person you want to be on your best friend list. Highly recommended even if it’s just a nice recap on Hollywood

Historia
With his characteristic eyebrow-raising behavior, Richard P. Feynman once provoked the wife of a Princeton dean to remark, "Surely you're joking, Mr. Feynman!" But the many scientific and personal achievements of this Nobel Prize-winning physicist are no laughing matter. Here, woven with his scintillating views on modern science, Feynman relates the defining moments of his accomplished life.

Wow, if you have time for Netflix, make time for this.
Revisado: 10-22-21
What an amazing find on Audible, it’s so interesting to understand the great MR. Feynman from his own perspective. Unlike some autobiography where it is from a 3rd person perspective, this allows you to go in the ever curious mind of Mr. Feynman, the guy who takes no as an answer and is always a kid who never stops learning and trying new things. Surely a Renaissance man!

Historia
A new standalone novel from #1 New York Times bestselling author, Vi Keeland. The night I met Drew Jagger, he'd just broken into my new Park Avenue office. I dialed 9-1-1 before proceeding to attack him with my fancy new Krav Maga skills. He quickly restrained me, then chuckled, finding my attempted assault amusing. Of course, my intruder had to be arrogant. Only, turned out, he wasn't an intruder at all. Drew was the rightful occupant of my new office. He'd been on vacation while his posh space was renovated.
