Cozy Paranormal Mystery at its best

I love the characters. They’re easy to like. Fun to follow. And the storyline has such interesting twists and turns. The romances kept at the cozy reader level. And I loved the little side storylines about the kids and their magical talents. I’m just really hoping we get another book soon. It was definitely left with a bit of a cliffhanger. What’s gonna happen with her search for her grandmother and when will she get answers about her past?

So Fun Hearing This from the Author’s Voice!

This was a fun short story, version of the Dresden Files! it was a nice lighter. I guess you could say wrong with Harry taking on just a normal case instead of major world changing evil. And it was nice to see how he is picking up in the aftermath of the huge battle. I would love more of these, just as fillers in between the big books. Totally enjoyable. I’ve listened to it three times already.

Wonderful New Novel

This is a new fresh voice for me. And I really enjoyed the story. The perspective of the main character was so different from anything I’ve ever read and so intriguing. I cannot wait for the next book.

The author has created the world, so beautifully, detailed and intricate. I love the idea of the main character being autistic, and having the struggles that she to communicate and yet those very struggles are how she ultimately is the bridge to solving an issue of communication with the beings her people have fought for centuries.

Olivia is strong and resilient and has a brilliant mind. She proves being different does not have to mean something bad or broken! And her friend Reilly also proves his weakness of body made him strong of character & faith.

Citadel truly is a beautiful and powerful new novel!

A Fun Magical Romp

While , this is a paranormal mystery. It sure is a fun romp. It was enjoyable, getting to hear all 10 books together. But I can’t remember if it’s booked two or three there were some serious glitches in the recording. But other than that it was a lot of fun the storyline was packed with adventure mystery, a little magic and a lot of romance. Totally enjoyable. And I can’t help but think we need to book 11.

Love this Series! But there are more than 2 books!

Well this is a fantastic series. I love the intricacy of the storyline and the idea that Grim Reaper is live among us. The fact that the main character is the granddaughter many times removed of Lucifer just makes it even more bizarrely intriguing. But I want the other books in the series made into audibles.

I drive for a living, so listening to audiobooks is my relaxation in between having passengers. I can listen to book one and two of the series, but the other books I have to sit down and read. I don’t have as much time to read as I used to. Please make these into audio books for all the fans of the series!?!

This one is so freaking awesome! I swear I busted up laughing so many times at the hidden gems of humor! And James Marsters is my all time favorite narrators! I can see the action in my head as if watching a movie!

A totally delightful and mystery filled read!

This is the first book from Ellery Adams that I've had the chance to read or in this case listen to. I knew it was going to be a murder mystery but I had no clue how wonderful and delightful the characters would be. I can so see Great aunt Octavia and her formidable size and personality. I look forward to future books being done in audio in the series. The reader was so entertaining and brought the characters to life. I can see story bro call in my mind and it seems like a place of such joy and beauty and I cannot wait to read more.

One of my favorite Trek Stories

What did you love best about Star Trek, The Next Generation?

I loved the show and the actors who portrayed the wonderful characters of Next Gen.

What did you like best about this story?

In this story, written by Peter David, I laughed and enjoyed the book the first time I 'READ" the story. Then I heard it was made into an audio with Majel Barrett and John de Lancie reading. I had to get it. And the story rocked... but

What does Majel Barrett and John de Lancie bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

What can I say, I loved them on the show and as readers they brought the fun and authenticity to the story. I felt like I could close my eyes and see the story unfold as if it was actually on the screen and not just an audio book.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Actually that is just what I did. I listen to audios while I work. Scanning files is pretty much boring. So this keeps me going. The better the audio book, the more I get done. With this book I sat and listened and worked the full length and was surprised it was over so soon.

Any additional comments?

Why oh why did they have to Abridge this book? It's not that long a story to start with. Someone get the story put out in a full version. Please???
