I heard a lot about watching the breath - it brings peace but it is still empty, no emotion.
However, if you want to be happy and joyfull - just SMILE :)
Smile is what I took from this book and it brings more colours in my everyday life steps.

The book “The Surrender Experiment” was just a story of Michael.
This program/course is a practical guide how to do (to live) it. Highly recommend.
Will listen this on repeat while letting go become my usual every day and every moment lifestyle.

I read others reviews complaining about Michael’s talking style, however for me it suits very well. I like good material combined with humor, freestyle, openess and spontanity. It makes listening even more alive and heart touching like listening to friend, not just “another high-end teacher/guru”.
