Historia
Something is off in Piper Dalton's life, and she has a feeling it might just be her. All her siblings are blissfully settled with their forever loves. But while her sisters were dreaming of white weddings, Piper was left heartbroken and commitment phobic by her first love, her best friend's younger brother. As a woman dominating the male-driven construction industry, Piper has no interest in turning in her hammer for an apron - even if hot and hilarious Harley thinks otherwise.

Sweet and Safe
Revisado: 12-31-21
This was one of the sweetest stories I’ve read in a long time. I love that the male lead, Harley, is both incredibly hard but also sweet. The men in this authors stories are rough around the edges. However, they’re such strong alpha leads in all the best ways. They are all so vulnerable and sweet. They are also resilient and firm when necessary. This is a bit of a slow burn romance. There is also a lot of dialogue between the characters. This story makes you laugh, cry and just feel everything. Its so easy to fall in love with Harley and Piper. They’re relationship is so sweet and safe.

It all started with a bet. When my young son inherited half of his great grandfather’s historic inn, I decided to move us both to the place where I grew up. Notice I said half of the Inn. The other half now belonged to Levi Miller, the famous quarterback who had other ideas about what we should do with the property. We won’t mention that I accidentally injured him during our first meeting, causing him to get eight stitches. You could say we got off on the wrong foot. We bickered a lot as we both moved into the property while we figured things out.

A Slow Burn Kind of Love
Revisado: 12-02-21
I was so excited about this release I bought the e-book first. Then, when I realized there was an audio with my favorite narrators, I decided to read it again. This story is slow burn but in the best way. By the time the climax is revealed you’re on the edge of your seat begging for it. Towards the end, its so hard to know who to root for because you’re emotionally connected to all the characters. This story is very well written and incredibly engaging. It’s about forgiveness, redemption, second chances, and inevitable love. It will be a story I read over and over again.

Historia
The first time I met Hudson Rothschild was at a wedding. I’d received an unexpected invitation to one of the swankiest venues in the city. Hudson was a groomsman and quite possibly the most gorgeous man I’d ever laid eyes on. He asked me to dance, and our chemistry was off the charts. I knew it wasn’t a good idea to get involved with him, considering the wedding I was at. But our connection was intense, and I was having a great time. Though the fun came to a screeching halt when Hudson figured out I wasn’t who I’d said I was.

A love story
Revisado: 02-02-21
I loved this story! I read another review that said the story was predictable, but I disagree. Vi Keeland stories are known for the a little twist and this did not disappoint! Hudson and Stella’s story was a slow burn. Yet, once it got going it kept you engaged and wanting more. Although, both characters had troubled past they were both mature enough to see they’d found something special in one another! This book will make you laugh, cry and have all the feelings in one story! Its an amazing love story of coincidence, fate and an ending you don’t see coming.

The first night I met Gillian Taylor, she claimed she was a pilot. Then she claimed she worked for a "private airline." I knew right then and there that she was lying to me, and that sexy as hell or not, she was the type of woman I needed to avoid. Still, after a pleasurable one-night stand, I was certain we'd never see each other again. Until I saw her in an airport a few weeks later.... Until I realized that we were both assigned to work the same flight. She was the flight attendant. I was the pilot.

imperfect Love
Revisado: 08-23-20
I loved this book! The main character, Weston was hilariously over the top. From his constant grammar corrections to his insistence that everyone but him be punctual. His arrogant, obnoxious behavior definitely made him insufferable at times, but he also would have moments of depth and care that gave you hope he was redeemable. It was clear the female lead hung on to these caring moments until they simply weren’t enough to keep her going. In the end, this was an incredible story of loving someone through their imperfections. It was also a story of a man learning to become someone was worthy of that kind of unconditional love.

Angst
Revisado: 06-24-18
This book was fairly long and drawn out compared to the other book “ Combust” from the series. On the other hand, the demons the main character, Grayson, faced were legitimately real and raw. However, it was frustrating how incredibly irrational he behaved in the way he handled them. My favorite character in the book was Grayson’s son, Luke. Luke gave the book the necessary comic relief throughout all the angst. I enjoyed the book and the ending but I think the push and pull, back and forth from the main characters was a bit exhausting at times.

Historia
It's a long story, but I messed up at work. Big time. To earn back the trust of my boss, I promised to save one of our magazines. Yep. That Hot Dad contest you've seen advertised all over the place was my idea. And if I'm successful, if I'm able to increase our online readership, then I get a shot at my dream job. But the one thing I never expected to happen, happened: Contestant number 10, Grayson Malone. Hello, Mr. Difficult. And did I mention sexy as hell? Unfortunately he knows me. The old me, anyway. I remind him of before. Of the woman who broke his heart....

My name is Sevin. Homeschooled and sheltered by my ultra-religious family, I was always taught that lust was a sin. Elle was the girl who'd been carefully chosen for me. After a long-distance courtship, I'd be moving into her family's guest house so that we could get to know each other in the months before the wedding. Boundaries were set: no inappropriate touching, no kissing, no sex before marriage. I'd accepted those rules and my fate - until I met the one I wanted to sin with.

Unconditional Love
Revisado: 03-13-18
As I sit here writing this review, I’m finding it hard to put into words exactly how I feel about this story. I know there were many times the characters frustrated the hell out of me, especially Evangeline. Seven sometimes surprised me with his choices as well. Although, in the end, I really did enjoy this story. Seven endured so much, and overcame incredible feats to become a MAN in this story. There was something incredibly beautiful and empowering about Seven’s journey to adulthood. I will say this story will leave you raw with emotion and unsettled. You will probably walk away somewhat uncertain of what you feel, how to feel, but ultimately really glad you went along for the ride. Once again, Penelope Ward does not disappoint. She is known for her jaw dropping plot twist, and this story will not disappoint in that regard. I laughed, I cried but most importantly I absolutely could not put this story down. At the core, this story really is about unconditional love. Finally, I think if you can make yourself finish this book, you will see it really is a beautiful thing to witness.

Endearing and Heartwarming
Revisado: 02-05-18
This is the second book of a two part series. You’ve probably seen the other reviews expressing their annoyance with having to purchase two different titles for the entire story. I agree that it can be such a disappointment to realize you’re reading a cliffhanger. However, do not let that deter you from this story. It’s such an endearing story of love, incredible heartache, and redemption. At first glance, its seems like this is another cliche story of an cocky athlete and the unaware physical therapist. I assure the the female lead was just as strong as her male counterpart. She held her own as the compelling story of two people searching for love in all the wrong places unfolded. The characters are sexy but relatable in terms of life struggles and family issues. I couldn’t put this one down, and I hope you enjoy this story as much as I did.

My relationship with Hunter Delucia started backwards. We met at a wedding. Stealing glances at each other throughout the night, there was no denying an intense, mutual attraction. I caught the bouquet; he caught the garter. Hunter held me tightly while we danced and suggested we explore the chemistry sparking between us. His blunt, dirty mouth should’ve turned me off. But for some crazy reason, it had the opposite effect on me. We ended up back in my hotel room. The next morning, I headed home to New York leaving him behind in California with the wrong number.

This book evokes such a range of emotions. Its one of the reasons it will be added to my top 10 favorite books. Vi Keeland is already in my top 5 favorite romance authors so its not surprising she’s done it again with this story. This story, these characters will bring you to tears, will make you laugh out loud and make you wonder if love this pure really exists. I really couldn’t say “aww” enough.
