Historia
This compilation, comprising a Baker's (Street) Dozen of his adventures, re-creates the gas-lit, fog-enshrouded world of Victorian London as once more Sherlock Holmes urges, 'Come, Watson, the game is afoot!'

Mix of Good and Annoying
Revisado: 07-08-23
The performance was good, but the voice for Holmes was incredibly out of character. All the other voices fit reasonably well. Holmes sounded like a corny cartoon version of an old professor.
The other annoyances came from the story itself. The author had Holmes and Watson saying "old boy," "old fellow," "old chap," etc WAY too much, to the point it felt highly contrived. There's also a lot that Holmes does and says in this book that is incredibly out of character for Sherlock. The first story alone has a number of examples of this.
There are a number of good stories in this series that I enjoyed but I feel it's lacking in some important Sherlockian flavors.
