I mostly listen to duel POV, but man I LOVED this!

I have never used the clip button while listening. I typically mainly listen to / read dual POV or multiple POV because the suspense of what is going on in the other persons mind/life is torcher to me. But damn this was soooo good! Figuring out what Lukas was thinking before Scarlet could catch on was super cute. Slight spoiler, I’m happy I didn’t end up hating Pen. My first Ali book and I think I’ll be picking her up more. I love that they explore/talk about kink, I only wish they would have explored more outside of the basic power exchange and praise kink. BUT they were very busy. And I LOVED the open communication and that he mentions “enthusiastic consent”.

You can feel Joey’s pain but also her growth

I love the journey that Joey goes through and how she has developed her relationships with each man. I also love how they’re not all instantly meshing and it shows how it takes work when multiple people are in a relationship and communication is key.
