I usually enjoy all herbal books but this one repeated a lot of information and some of it wasn’t correct. The herbs mentioned were mostly non native.

I like the personal stories and added humor of the author. I didn’t think the book was organized very well. I think this book is good for those looking to begin foraging.

Plant spirit medicine
Revisado: 09-20-23
This book allowed me to open my heart and head to plant spirits and deepen my relationship with nature. I recommend this book for people who want to connect on higher level to self, community, and the natural world around us. I enjoyed the interviews and the explanation of how healing has a-lot to do with our spiritual self. Green Blessings Everyone.
