Loved this series but tacking an extra 50 plus minutes of the next book onto the book makes you think you are getting a certain amount of listening time for your credits. However over 5 books you loose almost 4 hours of story. Either consolidate into one or two longer books or sell as a box set. I won't return them as I loved the story and narration, however wouldn't recommend to anyone that is miserly with their credits.

fabulous story, Brian Pallino was a great narrator-5 stars, Carmen Rose not so much-1 star. Her weird rhythm was so distracting. Had the story not been so good I would have stopped listening after the first chapter.

"The Perils of Effrijim" is loaded with quirky characters, a fast-paced story, and an adorable demon who just wants to be with his beloved. In "Cat Got Your Tongue", Joy Randall thought her honeymoon with husband Raphael was going to fulfill all her expectations, but almost immediately they run into a decades-old curse, a spurned ghostly first wife, and a long-dead randy Scottish Laird.
