What a romantic adventure

The stories of 4 couples and how they evolved is not only well written it is well narrated. Each character is well rounded but it seems as if each narrator also perfectly honed the characters they portrayed. I highly, highly recommend!

Unauthorized killing

This book was disgusting. The premise for the girl is she is killing predators but she is getting off on it. What if an FBI agent (as they do) reel in a young girl by pretending to be an 18 year old guy only to teach them a lesson. Then the other 3 guys are killing people of means to steal from them (they get off on it too) with the premise of paying off really bad guys to save one of their sisters. Why not just go after the really bad guys in the first place. Then when the girl confesses all to her father (the dean of the college) he tells her he’s proud of her. All I can say is a big fat NO.

An amazing tale of Love conquering all

What clever dialogue

I loved this book - especially understanding all of the “lying” dialogue. It was fun and very imaginative. The narrator was pretty good. The story was amazing.

Best Alien book I have ever listened to

I loved this book. So much so that I downloaded the whole series. The narrators were excellent. I found the writing to be so amazing that the book actually played out in my head as though I was watching it in movie form. We need to find a director with science fiction skills like George Lucas with emotional skills of M. Night Shyamalan. That would be an amazing movie or series of movies. Someone notify Netflix please.

What a hysterical romance

I love Nelson Hobbs (the male narrator). That’s why I downloaded this book. His work is exceptional. The female narrator was also very good. The book is truly one of the funniest I have ever listened to and I have listened to the whole mavericks series (all good). I found myself laughing at his Nona so much I actually had tears in my eyes. When they win the championship it was so gripping I found myself gripping my chair. My husband was an all state defensive tackle in Texas where football is a religion so I am well versed in football. So, enjoy my audible friends, enjoy.

Note: other authors could learn a lesson from this book as how to properly write a romance novel because instead of sex, sex, sex in great detail, this author has an appropriate amount of that but the focus is on the RELATIONSHIP. As it should.

I caught myself smiling all through this book

The love and protection of these wonderful children

I loved the narration. Both books Cruel Promise and Cruel Paradise were amazing books. I loved how their affair started and how it evolved. I love that these two individuals put the children first. I loved the children’s personalities. Totally charming and worthy of a read.

This was magic - absolute magic

The narrators were off the charts amazing. I first selected this book because it was short and it was the end of the day. What I wasn’t expecting was a story that was so moving all the while having very funny moments as well. I honestly cried in the end (happy tears). I never do that. So that in itself is saying a lot. This book demonstrates how life should always be. Enjoy, my friends, enjoy!

Laugh till you cry funny

This was so much fun. The narrator’s were amazing! I kept starting and stopping books today, I really needed fun. Finally I clicked on this one and the rest of my day was excellent. All because this book was not only funny but FUN to listen too. Listen with confidence.
