Historia
The first step to a better you, is to have self-discipline. Self-discipline is not something desirable, but everybody should follow it. It is said that life would be better if you are self-disciplined and difficult if you are not. It is hard for us to follow the rules and regulations. Self-discipline is like limiting us to a set of rules. However, as opposed to a popular belief, it frees us to live a life we choose. The only thing that sets discipline in us is to do things at the right time and in a right way.

Painful narration

On chapter 2 and not sure I will be able to finish this selection. The narration is painful and sounds robotic or automated. I'm struggling here!
