Looking for something that would actually work for me (because I believed in it and took the action), Breakthrough is one of a few books that I find myself listening to multiple times. Struggling with two of life's worst things simultaneously. Suffering from the anxiety of my situation and its effect on my entire life, I was having trouble connecting with something that I believed in enough that it could actually help... the algorithm offered this and I began listening. It probably took me twice as long to finish, I kept stopping and rewinding because the author's words were nailing it!
The information is presented in a smart and engaging manner, which makes it super simple to do the lesson/exercise etc. as she walks you through.
If you're looking for a path out of self-sabotage, this may be it.
I originally listened to Audible Original when it was available as download. When the purchase version became available, I jumped on it!

Historia
ADHD is one of the most common neurological disorders in the United States—yet a staggering 75 percent of girls and women remain undiagnosed. Due to the gender gap in medical research, which does not account for symptoms manifesting differently in women—leading to increased problems with anxiety, depression, working memory, sleep, energy, and concentration—many ADHD women are left to navigate a society that fails to understand their struggles and gifts.

Historia
One of the biggest myths that plagues the business world today is that our ability to network depends on having the “gift-of-gab”. You don’t have to be outgoing to be successful at networking. You don’t have to become a relentless self-promoter. In fact, you don’t have to act like an extrovert at all. Matthew Pollard, an introvert himself, draws on over a decade of research and real-world examples to provide an actionable blueprint for introverted networking.
