Working under the government’s shroud of secrecy, CIA operative Dew Phillips crisscrosses the country trying in vain to capture a live victim. Very cool!
Revisado: 09-14-17
I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys science fiction and or fantasy. In terms of what I liked versus what I did not like, I enjoyed the performance of the reader, writer, as well as the story development itself. It was a really fun interesting read with lots of variation in plot… In short twist and light. Really good, didn't expect the ending as per normal. I think I did not like however what is the constant intrusion of the music.

Very good read, not as light and easy as the author is usually!
Revisado: 11-10-16
As per subject line, this was a very good read. It was a very rapid start, Delving into a very strong storyline, capturing the imagination immediately. It lagged a little in the middle while it built to the latter part of the story, but nothing major. It was an absolutely excellent read. The character development was good, the storyline was twisted, The ending was revealed at the end of the book, rather than being able to be guest halfway through… It had enough complexity and segmented storylines, that it was an interesting captivating read throughout. I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys this Johndra. In fact, I think I will recommend it to my mother!

Easy, entertaining, and interesting read.
Revisado: 11-08-16
The book was a good read, easy on the head, entertaining in its level of complexity, and interesting and it's storyline and twists. Story dovetailed really nicely with previous books and p fit well within the Star Trek world. I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys the original series, knows the history, enjoys and easy and entertaining read. I enjoyed the book, the narrator, and look forward to the next in the series. I'm sure it will be equally good.

Good storyline, but not as counterintuitive as the two previous.
Revisado: 09-18-16
Overall a good book, but not an excellent book. I'm not sure I would recommend this to anyone, unless they are bored and have nothing else to read. The storyline was very obvious from the get-go, the characters were not terribly developed, and the outcome was obvious. There was way too much emphasis on the emotional history of the lead detective. His history is interesting, but should not be the focus of the book and in this case, it is. The actual drama seem to take a backstage to his revealing of where he wanted to go in his life. Again, interesting but should not be the focal point. In any case, interesting read, to a degree, but not something I would have read if I had been aware of the focus of the book. I would've simply skip to the next one in the series. In summation, just a little too predictable and A little bit lame.

Another human story coming out of the pre-second world war…
Revisado: 05-23-16
This is another fantastic book from a fantastic author. I periodically read his book simply because too many at a time or two much. The human aspects and the development of character are just too real. I find myself identifying with each as they develop and move and change direction. It is much like life, not quite sure where it's going or exactly where it's coming from just knowing where the minute is… This is a beautiful book with beautiful characters. I would recommend it to absolutely anybody.
The author is as per usual true to the history, while building drama around events with known outcomes… The list, cast, of characters as the key players move through the book are wonderful, exciting, personable, and in all parts human The topic is tragic, and that we are dealing with some very serious outcomes of the pre-second world war era, but yet at the end I can truly say it is a beautiful book. This author never fails to please.

Revisado: 04-28-16
This is a wonderful book, as indicated, true to history and wonderfully developed. The characters are very human but yet the history is very honest. It was a bit of a slow start, but after the third or fourth chapter the characters became more real more developed more intriguing… I would recommend this book to absolutely anyone who enjoys his store cool fiction. I look forward to the sequel… fiction

Oh we bit predictable but still very good…
Revisado: 04-24-16
This is one of the better of the series… Character development was better than the previous, storyline was actually more intriguing than the previous, and character development was good as well as the narrator was absolutely excellent… Again I think I'll move onto the next in the series. Whom would I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys like meets with a bit of history and a lot of romance… Good stuff emulates the environment or historical space at the time… in summation, good read, light read, not a five-star book, but still a good book…
